Since 2014 I have taught English as a Foreign Language to individuals and classrooms in Chicago and Berlin, Germany. Many of my classrooms have included recent immigrants to the United States. This has presented the opportunity to develop creative and innovative lesson plans that have helped them begin their new lives in the U.S.
My goal is to present a dynamic learning experience that makes the learning process fun and informative. Students receive my full support on their journeys to learn English and develop new ways to express themselves.
I was born and raised in the Chicago area and have lived in the city for over thirty years. My interests include exploring new neighborhoods, live music, film and World Cup Roller Derby.
